Any tutu can be made Poofy/Short, Classic or Standard length and be put with any top. If you do not see what you want, feel free to ask. The suggested sizes are as followed:

X-Small:   18-19 inches (waist), Fits most Infants-Age 2 

Small:  19-21 inches (waist), Fits most 2- 4 year olds

Medium: 21-22 inches (waist), Fits most 4-7 year olds

Large: 23-25 inches (waist), Fits most 7-12 year olds
